TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Do You Right Auto.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, communications, estimates, appointments, diagnostics, repairs, and related services. By requesting information, scheduling service, approving an estimate, accepting service, or otherwise engaging with Do You Right Auto, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Do You Right Auto is a mobile automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service.

Services are performed at customer-selected locations when conditions permit safe and effective operation.

Certain repairs may require referral to a traditional repair facility due to safety concerns, environmental conditions, equipment limitations, manufacturer requirements, or repair complexity.

2. SERVICE AREA

Service availability is based on technician availability, travel requirements, weather conditions, and scheduling capacity.

Service areas and travel charges may change without notice.

3. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

Appointments are scheduled based on estimated arrival windows.

While every effort is made to arrive on time, appointment times are estimates and may be affected by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Emergency calls
• Parts delays
• Previous repair complexity
• Customer delays
• Unforeseen circumstances

Do You Right Auto reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

4. MOBILE SERVICE CALL FEE

Service appointments include a Mobile Service Call Fee.

Current rates are:

• $150 within 15 miles

• $5.00 per mile for travel beyond 15 miles up to 50 miles

• Travel beyond 50 miles will be quoted individually

The Mobile Service Call Fee may include:

• Travel
• Visual inspection
• Vehicle module scan/report when applicable
• Preliminary evaluation
• Test drive when appropriate

Service call fees are earned upon dispatch and are due regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed.

Do You Right Auto reserves the right to modify service areas, travel charges, and mileage rates at any time. Current rates will be disclosed prior to scheduling service whenever applicable.5. BUSINESS HOURS

Normal business hours are:

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Appointments requested outside normal business hours may be subject to additional charges.

Emergency or priority service requests may be accommodated when available and may incur additional fees.

6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be changed without penalty.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, missed, or otherwise unavailable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a charge of up to the applicable Mobile Service Call Fee.

Cancellation fees may be waived, reduced, or enforced at the sole discretion of Do You Right Auto.

Repeated cancellations or no-show appointments may require prepayment before future appointments are scheduled.

7. ESTIMATES

Estimates are based upon information available at the time they are prepared.

Vehicle repairs frequently require additional inspection, diagnosis, testing, or disassembly.

As a result:

• Estimates are not guarantees of final cost.
• Additional repairs may be required.
• Additional authorization will be requested before additional work is performed whenever practical.

8. DIAGNOSTIC LIMITATIONS

Vehicle concerns may have multiple possible causes.

Information provided through:

• Phone calls
• Text messages
• Emails
• Photos
• Videos
• Social media messages

is preliminary in nature and should not be considered a final diagnosis.

Accurate diagnosis may require in-person inspection, testing, scanning, measurements, disassembly, or road testing.

No diagnosis is guaranteed without direct vehicle inspection.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Safe vehicle access
• Adequate work space
• Reasonably level ground
• Adequate lighting when necessary
• Access to keys
• Access to the vehicle during the appointment

Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required by:

• Property owners
• Apartment complexes
• HOAs
• Employers
• Municipal authorities

If work cannot be safely performed upon arrival, applicable trip charges may still apply.

10. WEATHER & SAFETY CONDITIONS

Service may be delayed, suspended, rescheduled, or discontinued due to:

• Weather
• Unsafe working conditions
• Site restrictions
• Aggressive animals
• Hazardous environments
• Inadequate workspace
• Insufficient lighting

Technician safety shall always take priority.

11. AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE VEHICLE

By requesting service, the customer authorizes Do You Right Auto to:

• Inspect the vehicle
• Scan vehicle systems
• Move the vehicle when necessary
• Perform road tests before or after repairs when appropriate

Customers represent that the vehicle is legally registered and insured where required by law.

12. VEHICLE CONDITION DISCLOSURE

Vehicles may contain existing mechanical, electrical, structural, cosmetic, corrosion-related, or safety concerns.

Additional faults may be discovered during inspection or repair.

Customers acknowledge that previously unknown issues may become apparent during diagnosis, testing, or disassembly.

Vehicles may become partially or completely inoperable due to pre-existing conditions discovered during service.

13. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may contain:

• Dents
• Scratches
• Paint damage
• Broken clips
• Missing fasteners
• Rust
• Corrosion
• Seized components
• Previous repair damage
• Age-related deterioration

Failures resulting from these conditions are not considered workmanship defects.

14. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS

Customers may request the installation of customer-supplied parts; however, acceptance of customer-supplied parts is at the sole discretion of Do You Right Auto.

Do You Right Auto reserves the right to refuse installation of any customer-supplied part for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Unknown quality or origin
• Safety concerns
• Incorrect application
• Missing components
• Visible damage
• Suspected counterfeit products
• Incomplete repair kits
• Warranty concerns

If customer-supplied parts are accepted and installed:

• No warranty is provided on the customer-supplied part(s).
• Do You Right Auto does not guarantee fitment, performance, durability, quality, or compatibility.
• Additional labor, travel, diagnosis, or repair time resulting from incorrect, incompatible, defective, damaged, missing, incomplete, or failed customer-supplied parts remains the responsibility of the customer.
• Any warranty provided by Do You Right Auto shall be limited solely to workmanship directly related to the installation and shall not extend to the customer-supplied part itself.

Do You Right Auto reserves the right to discontinue installation if a customer-supplied part is found to be defective, unsafe, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for the intended repair.

15. WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated in writing, repairs performed by Do You Right Auto include a limited warranty of:

12 Months or 12,000 Miles

(Whichever Occurs First)

Warranty coverage applies only to workmanship directly related to repairs performed by Do You Right Auto.

Warranty claims must be returned to Do You Right Auto for inspection and verification before warranty consideration.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and valid only through Do You Right Auto.

Warranty exclusions include:

• Customer-supplied parts
• Abuse or misuse
• Accidents or collisions
• Racing or competition use
• Off-road use
• Lack of maintenance
• Corrosion or rust
• Environmental damage
• Unrelated component failures
• Normal wear and tear

16. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Cash
• Approved Electronic Payment Methods

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of future services and collection efforts where permitted by law.

17. PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION

Do You Right Auto may photograph or document:

• Vehicle conditions
• Failed components
• Repair procedures
• Completed repairs
• Diagnostic findings

Such documentation may be used for:

• Business records
• Warranty administration
• Quality control
• Training
• Dispute resolution

Customer-identifying information will not be publicly shared without consent.

18. WEBSITE CONTENT

Information provided through the website, social media, videos, articles, emails, messages, or marketing materials is intended for general informational purposes only.

Such information does not constitute a diagnosis, repair recommendation, safety determination, or guarantee of repair outcomes.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do You Right Auto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages arising from:

• Vehicle downtime
• Delayed repairs
• Towing expenses
• Loss of vehicle use
• Missed appointments
• Lost income
• Third-party services
• Parts availability delays
• Customer decisions regarding repairs

Nothing contained herein limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS

Do You Right Auto reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version shall supersede all previous versions.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

By requesting service, approving an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from Do You Right Auto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
